My brother and I were debating who had the best solo-album (did Ringo ever put one out?). Perhaps John Lennon's beautiful work, "Imagine"? George Harrison's amazing and hippy-dance-worthy "All Things Must Pass"? My most recent personal favorite is actually not so much a solo album, although many might qualify it as one. It was Paul McCartney's "Band on the Run"--an album he put together with his first & now late wife Linda.
