I’m a song person; the type of music listener who mainly just cares about the individual songs. I rarely buy a full album, b/c I prefer to just download the few songs that sound good to me (There tends to only be a few on each album). I normally could care less about learning who the Artist is, or what they're image is about. All I'm interested in is the song itself. My interest in the music of Joe Purdy is turning into a full blown phase. I swear he was about all I listened to today...this one is an absolute heartbreaker.
I am not proud to say that I was turned on the beautiful folk rock of Joe Purdy via a Kia Sportage television commercial...but the end most definitely justifies the means.
I tried this once before, the yellow button appeared but it wouldn't play...i continue to be baffled by this new mog. I
am shuffling back off my own blog and sweet freedom.
Two posts within a matter of minutes must clearly mean I am procrastinating on studying. Isn't that the life of any college student? I recently went through a break-up, and for some reason I can't help but listen to Joe Purdy's "The City" over and over again as some kind of healing device even though the person who sent me the song is the person I was dating.
