According to Billboard.com N Roses' decade plus in-the-making album Chinese Democracy has finally got a release date. Whistle-blowers told the publication that Axl and co. will be releasing the album, the reformed band's first studio album since 1991's Use Your Illusion, exclusively at Best Buy on Sunday, November 23rd. Exactly one month ago I made a post about how the new "Rock Band" video game would feature a previously unheard Guns N' Roses song "Shacklers Revenge".
Well Christmas is here a little early for GNR fans, because the track popped up online overnight, take a listen in the YouTube video below. On a side note, I bet the people behind the Rock Band video game are pissed at this unfortunate event.

Sources close to Guns N Roses have confirmed to Billboard that the oft-delayed Chinese Democracy will hit Best Buy retailers on Sunday, November 23rd, 2008. For those who are skeptical, the band's label is re-issuing Appetite for Destruction on vinyl on October 28th. Doubt they'd go through the trouble if this was anything less than legit.

According to Billboard, Chinese Democracy, the long-awaited sixth GNR album, finally has a firm release date: November 23. Odd, though, because that falls on a Sunday. The leak of nine tracks from 'Chinese Democracy' did wonders in terms of speeding up the release of the album.
