Word's already out that AC/DC will be releasing their new album this fall via Wal-mart. We also know that they will be heading out on a massive 18 month tour to support it. Now, I'll give you the release date: October 20th. I'll even give you the title of the first single: "Rock'n'Roll Train." Yes, AC/DC is coming back with a new CD this month and they are going the route of The Eagles and Garth Brooks, by releasing it exclusively through Wal-Mart as their only brick and mortar outlet.

AC/DC will launch its world tour on October 28 at the Wachovia Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pa.
The 24-date North American leg of the arena jaunt is scheduled to wrap December 18 at the Time Warner Cable Arena in Charlotte, N.C.

HardDrive Radio are reporting that AC/DC's forthcoming album, Black Ice, will now released a week earlier than expected. The album will be available on October 21st.
AC/DC's upcoming 18-month world tour is expected to kick off on Halloween (October 31st) in Chicago. Stay tuned for further confirmation.

AC/DC are giving North American fans 16 more chances to see them live. The band has just announced an extension to their US and Canadian ‘Black Ice‘ tour with the addition of 16 dates. The forthcoming jaunt, in support of their new album ‘Black Ice‘ due out October 20, is set to kick off October 28.

The legendary band AC/DC will hit the road and globe trot on an 18 month tour in October, their first since 2001. Columbia Music only likes Wal-Mart-shopping-Americans. Columbia announced this week that the new AC/DC album, the band's first since 2000, will be exclusively available from Wal-Mart stores in the US.
