Personally I would have to choose "Hotel" by Broken Social Scene. Every time I listen to it I'm like damn! Maybe it's because he whispers the whole song. Maybe it's because of the lyrics (although I must admit I can't understand what he's saying for most of the time). To be honest, I don't really know what makes it so appealing, but the whole atmosphere of the song is just sexy. There's no better word to describe it.

As far as sexy I would say that "Leisure Suite" by Feist is pretty sexy.
As far as sexUAL I would also include some Damien Rice tunes as very sexual....but if you get into sexual instead of sexy then the list expands way too quickly anyway, so nevermind that.
