We were all excited to hear Ryan McGinley sun-blessed nude images would be used in Sigur Ros's new album cover. But I didn't know such aesthetics would transcend to their music videos tho.
However- the London Telegraph offered an awesome preview of Sigur Ros' new single (name I can't pronounce).
Something about this video makes me wish I had a big screen in my apartment that I could keep this running on over and over. Way to wake up and explore the day no? (well- I'd intersperse this video with surf videos
hehe Enjoy!

Rob Harvilla (who else) has a great (and hilarous) review of Sigur Ros' recent live performance in New York.
Definitely worth checking out.

the video was incredible, and like you I feel I could spend a day watching it
Thanks for remininding me to pick this up... I kept meaning to, but already started hearing good things... Just got my copy after retuning from a shop...Also, Jacaszek, Grouper, GAS, the latest Herbaliser, and Four Tet...

I already loop it on my 55 inch Sony... but intersperse it with Brian Eno's 77 Million Paintings, and other multimedia randomness ... friends paintings, the odd snippets from just about anything Philp Glass music was used on like the Koyanasqatsi trilogy, and anything else that looks intriguing. I don't go for the surf videos, but still contend that "we're practically twins..." Cheers!
