Is it anything like a full Scottish breakfast?

Eggs (Fried)

Tattie Scone (Fried)

Sausage (Fried)

Blackpudding (Fried)

1/2 tomato  (Fried)

Mushrooms (Fried)

Are you seeing a pattern here?

Oh, yeah...I forgot, red sauce, lots and lots of red sauce.

Ah, hot sauce in the morning. Habanero crushed powder and salsa on my eggs and sausage, I even put chunks of my homegrown japalenos in my grits!

Some southern funk rock in there somewhere too...

I just checked with my husband (from Ayreshire), I though it was called red sauce in the UK...he informs me it's a Scottish thing.

One of my favorite quotes from my nephew.

"Gran, I hate the devil and brown sauce." Like they were one and the same.

(you do call HP brown sauce, no?)
