As you may or may not know, I'm a Zeppelin Bootleg collector. Since I've conceptualized this category of mog posts, I've been sifting through my bootlegs to find an appropriate recording to really stand out. I finally decided to choose something from the 1970 era Zeppelin right before III came out. What better than to showcase a song off of III whose raw power has rarely been captured since this recording on Blueberry Hill on 9/4/70.

What a way to kick off the weekend! Today news via Uncut magazine that Led Zeppelin is open to the idea of heading back to the studio to record what would essentially be the follow-up to 1982's Coda. Well at least John Paul Jones is ... sorta ... just a little bit...actually, he'd need to sit on it for a bit.

Robert Plant has said that it is still highly unlikely that Led Zeppelin will go on a full-blown world tour, but there is a chance of more one-off performances, if the reason was right.
Speaking in the new (May 2008) edition of Uncut magazine, the singer says: "Hopefully, one day, we could do it again. Our profit is — it's metaphysical."
